About the role
We are currently seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to join Laing O’Rourke at our brand-new corporate office in North Sydney, NSW. This permanent, full-time role offers excellent career prospects and great benefits. You will be joining a people-centric, privately owned tier 1 constructor and an international engineering enterprise.
Guide, coach and support leaders with engagement, retention and change strategies. Provide advice on complex employment relations issues such as performance management, grievances and disciplinary issues. Provide leadership and support for our human capital strategic initiatives and annual/periodic activities. Deliver talent management activities using our talent management framework.
Ideally, 4-5+ years’ experience in a senior generalist Human Resources role with experience gained in a Project Construction or Heavy Industry Manufacturing environment, and experience liaising with all levels of management. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or a related field.
