About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Document Controller to join us on a major infrastructure project in Adelaide, SA. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately owned tier 1 constructor and an international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities

Provide support and guidance on all document control processes. Maintain the integrity of the Document Management System to ensure its successful and effective use and identify areas for improvement. Liaise with management, clients and project teams regarding the maintenance and transmittal of correspondence. Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties. Ensure that project documents, procedures and transmittal letters are issued in compliance with LORAC plans and project protocols. Coordinate storage, archiving, scanning and filing of project documentation and records.

About you

Ideally 5+ years’ experience in document control gained in the construction industry. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office packages and proven experience working with Document Management systems - ideally Aconex. Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively with project team members. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in setting up document management systems on new projects would be beneficial.
