The AWS RI Operations Team is in need of a driven, analytical, and process oriented Operations Analyst to own the creation and processing of EC2 Reserved Instance purchases and migrations. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is confident to escalate systemic issues, identify opportunities for improvement and who is fluent in Korean (both spoken & written) This individual will also be experienced in meeting strict SLAs, have strong attention to detail & a passion for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process EC2 Reserved Instance purchases, modifications, and cancellations
  • Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems
  • Communicate effectively across all related channels to ensure transparency of process
  • Vocally self-critical to allow for self-correction of errors
  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in the Korean language (both spoken & written)
  • Business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
  • Excel skills (Intermediate)
  • Experience working a queue of requests and meeting SLAs
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Existing knowledge and understanding of AWS Reserved Instances and tooling
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
  • Highly organized, excellent multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
