About the role

In this role, you will provide advice in order to resolve complex workplace matters such as misconduct, grievances and under performance. This will include conducting and advising on formal investigations into employee misconduct, including harassment and workplace bullying. It will require senior executive stakeholder engagement and influence. The role forms part of the leadership group and you will be responsible for leading and coaching within the team. You will also be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant qualifications preferably in Employment Relations. You are a seasoned HR professional and have proven ER experience (10 years +) within a large corporate environment, preferably in the finance sector. Your ability to think on your feet and to communicate with influence at senior executive level (both verbally and in writing) as well as your strong leadership skills, will be key selection criteria.
