The APAC Commercial Operations Field Enablement team is responsible for driving field readiness and field productivity for the APAC Field community. We do this through the creation of effective training and development strategies, field engagement and communication strategies and through business process improvement, sales mechanisms and tools.

The team is looking for a Program Management Office (PMO) leader, who has extensive experience in building and managing a strategic program office. The overall PMO framework would include the design and management of mechanisms to support: capturing voice of the field, managing organization capacity planning, program prioritization and program build/deploy roadmaps. The PMO is also responsible for designing program change management strategies and tracking program impact. Finally the PMO is responsible for managing the coordination and delivery of mainstream enablement programs and the coordination of field enablement organizational cadence. The successful candidate must have extensive skills and experience in both overall program management and change management, have advanced analytical skills a proven record in the creation and management of a strategic metrics and impact measurement framework to accurately measure program adoption and impact as well as identify continuous improvement opportunities.

The successful candidate will manage a small team including a reporting analysts, training coordinator and program managers, so must also come with team management experience.

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities

  • An APAC Enablement PMO that enables effective intake, prioritization , planning and tracking of enablement requests and initiatives. Key outcomes will include a quarterly roadmap to be shared with stakeholders and our cross functional partners.
  • Clear line of sight into the field needs and satisfaction associated to programs delivered via a framework that effectively tracks & measures voice of the field.
  • An operational and strategic reporting & impact measurement strategy framework to track and communicate program impact and support a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Integrated program build and delivery roadmap to support effective capacity planning, program management and improved field communication and visibility.
  • Connected APAC Field Enablement organization, built in partnership with the communications leader, through the creation and management of organizational planning, assessment and communication mechanisms.
  • License management for core systems such as Sales Navigator and MindTickle.
  • 10+ years’ experience in program management, change management and business impact measurement with a deep understanding of how to build frameworks that capture needs, manage prioritization & capacity, measure impact and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • A deep understanding associated to field productivity and ways to define, assess and measure productivity
  • 5+ years’ experience managing organization program management offices
  • A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple global and local projects at once
  • Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with local and global teams
  • Meeting deadlines, prioritizing large workloads, maintaining a strong attention to detail, and working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done, even when it’s outside the scope of the job.

Essential Qualifications
