The APAC Commercial Field Enablement Organization is looking for a Field Enablement Program Leader who is highly experienced in designing and building programs that enable the acceleration of new employee ramp via the design and execution of effective onboarding strategies and programs.

The successful candidate would have a proven track record in building and executing successful programs for a field sales organization supporting both employee and manager roles. They would have strong communication, partnering and program management skills. They will have experience and skills associated to the build out of competency plans and development roadmaps as well as experience in designing and creating enablement and training programs.

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities

Ø Collaborate and partner with the global & APAC field enablement organizations, as well as key cross functional organizations on the design, development and execution of an impactful on-boarding journey that accelerates the ramp of our new employees in the field sales organization.

Ø Build a post program / journey resource tool kit to support ongoing learning refresh and learning retainment, and supports field productivity.

Ø Build mechanisms to measure and track the readiness of the new employees and provide leadership views into ongoing learning recommendations to support

Ø Build flexible and sustainable Sales Practices that facilitate the successful adoption of learning goals associated to the programs designed

Ø Collaborate with APAC Leadership to identify gaps and needs associated to building a customer obsessed sales advisory field organization.

Ø Build and deliver Learning initiatives that facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration and support new hires to build strong support networks.

Ø Creation of Strategic Change Management plans that are focused on driving program awareness and adoption and implementation of ways to effectively measures impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Ø Build mechanisms to ensure that the program is continually updated to capture new priorities, services or tools

Ø In collaboration with key stakeholders, design and deliver;

o A New Hire competency framework

o A New Hire learning journey aligned to the competency framework

o A Readiness Assessment mechanism

o A Mechanism to report to management on readiness and ongoing learning recommendations to continue to support new hire ramp

o A metrics framework that measures the impact and success of developed and deployed programs and a communication framework

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering effective field enablement programs focused on Sales and Sales Leader capability development, with a focus on development of on-boarding programs.
  • 10+ years program management skills with an ability to develop and execute large-scale projects plans with minimal supervision
  • An exceptional writer, editor, and communicator with executive presence
  • A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple global and local projects at once
  • Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well
  • Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes.
  • Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done, even when it’s outside the scope of the job.
  • An agile, flexible individual with a “can-do” approach to managing ambiguity and a highly iterative creative process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Building and maintaining partnerships with local and global teams
  • Meeting deadlines, prioritizing large workloads, maintaining a strong attention to detail, and working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with latest learning technology that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of field training delivery and absorption.
  • An Ability to travel ~ 25% time
