Due to an internal promotion, we are currently hiring a HR Administrator to join our supportive and friendly HR Services Team. This position is full time permanent, based in Richmond and will be responsible for:

  • Delivering HR transactional activities across the employee lifecycle including job advertising, creation of contracts of employment, onboarding new employees and employee record management
  • Answering general HR queries, for example: confirming leave entitlements and visa working rights
  • Processing employment variations
  • Liaising with managers and new starters across the Aged and Home Care sector


  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Collaborative approach to work – able to partner with a colleague to share workload
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidentially
  • Experience using HR systems or similar
