About the Opportunity

The Facilities Manager is the point of escalation for any maintenance or building issues across TAL as well as ensuring maintenance of efficient and effective delivery of support services. As a Facilities Manager, you will maintain responsibility for all aspects of facilities management delivery. You will hold accountability for financial and operational performance and build a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders. You will also oversee a team of coordinators and well as subcontractors involved in the delivery of services

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders as well as provide them with support around policies and procedures
  • Key point of contact for sites under management
  • Partner with IT on Critical Environment management
  • Strong vendor management across multiple industries

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

Client and relationship management is key to success in this role. Prior experience in facilities management delivery in soft services, working knowledge of building services and managing an ABW space in a corporate environment is essential. This will enable you to quickly assess the immediate needs, implement continuous improvement initiatives by engaging with key internal and external stakeholders. Financial acumen is a requirement along with the ability to ensure contract KPI’s are met. You will be highly organised and compliance orientated.
