We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Centre and Marketing Manager to join our prominent retail space, Galleria in Melbourne’s CBD. This individual will ensure the continuous ability to maximise financial performance as well as brand and operational efficiency through leadership of centre management and marketing functions.
Dexus has a 100-strong retail team ensures our retail destinations are constantly evolving and engaging with our ever-changing communities. Our portfolio construction incorporates city retail precincts, retail destinations and our joint venture partnership with Scentre Group.
As Centre and Marketing Manager of the Galleria, you will work closely with our retailers to ensure you are driving centre performance through marketing, operations, leasing and building strong relationships ensuring the centre is maximising its return maintaining a high presentation standard along with strong operational efficiency.
In this role you will lead all centre operations on a day to day basis to ensure customer needs are met whilst developing & managing all key stakeholder relationships. This is a prime CBD asset with passionate retailers therefore you will be equally as passionate for city retail and have an understanding of the importance of marketing.
You will develop and lead all marketing activities within the centre including promotional activities, meetings and marketing events as well as overseeing customer service standards. You will also be responsible for developing a marketing plan and preparing annual budgets of income, expenditure and marketing as well as reviewing all operating expenses and preparing detailed quarterly reports.
If you have a true passion for building strong stakeholder relationships and have a career in Shopping Centre Management, this is the role for you! Ideally you will be an experienced retail manager or an admin manager in a retail centre who is very comfortable managing a busy city centre retail precinct. You will also be comfortable managing centre financials and jumping full throttle into a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
