A bit about your role

As a project coordinator and personal assistant, you will be the go-to person within the office building relationships across the business while supporting both the EGM of Strategy and their wider team. You will support the EGM across diary management, the actioning of emails and responding to both internal/external contacts. You will be co-ordinating logistics, organising offsite events and providing support for major initiatives and be responsible for administration. You will also manage project set-up, rolling co-ordination of status reports, workshop bookings, arranging key meetings, development of agendas and supporting material. You will organise working team meetings and managing interactions with stakeholders.

A bit about you

You will be a people person who takes pride in being a positive energy and building relationships. You will either be an experienced EA/PA space and wanting to expand your skills into project coordination or have experience as a project coordinator but is interested in gaining PA experience. You will be very strong in your organisation skills, ability to prioritise effectively and you will enjoy taking ownership over your work while working in a fast pace environment. You will have a strong eye for detail and enjoy the challenge of critical thinking and problem solving. Your communication skills are one of your biggest strengths and you can handle resistance effectively to get the job done. You really enjoy getting stuck in and take an inquisitive approach to learning new things as well as taking on new challenges.

Please note that this role is available on a 24-Month Max Term Contract.
