About the Role:

The purpose of the role is to investigate and respond to External Fraud Events across all service portfolios within Group Investigations and ensure all actions and decisions are made in accordance with internal/external policy and regulations. The role will ensure a timely response is provided to both Internal and External Dispute Resolution Enquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct in depth fraud investigations across all service portfolios;
  • You will work with Service Portfolio Leads to provide recommendations to uplift standards, policies, strategies, and best practices as identified through investigations;
  • You will collaborate and engage with government agencies and appropriate external stakeholders and forums on fraud investigations and prevention;
  • You will be responsible for responding to Internal, External Dispute Resolution or similar inquiries relating to external Fraud events;
  • You will be responsible for preparing reporting and insights on all relevant investigations and received dispute inquiries;
  • You will be responsible for driving and developing customer experience improvement agenda and strategies across Group Investigations.

Skills:

  • Customer driven commercial approach to business;
  • Results focused;
  • Entrepreneurial, ‘thinks outside the square’ yet practical in approach;
  • 5-10 years proven and successful service delivery experience in anti-crime industry;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Manages complexity and able to quickly gain understanding of unfamiliar businesses.
