Role and Responsibilities

In this role, Project Administrator will be responsible for assisting Project Director in managing range of projects/programs

  1. Working with Project director to develop project plans and objectives;
  2. Interacting with technical team and clients and collecting information needed to monitor the project progress;
  3. Acting as a key contact for stakeholders and maintaining effective relationships with them;
  4. Advising change initiatives and activities for the team members;
  5. Identifying project improvements;
  6. Ensuring all the projection documentation is up to date;
  7. Ad-hoc administrative duties;

Skills Required

  1. Good writing skills
  2. Strong communication and time management skills
  3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  4. Sound knowledge of MS Office and Project

Knowledge/Qualification

  1. Tertiary level qualification
  2. Project Management Certification
  3. Proven reporting and data analysis skills
  4. Demonstrated experience with project administration and/or corporate clients
