As a passionate and dynamic Diverse Hires Recruitment Manager in our Talent Acquisition, Experienced Hire team, you will use you experience, skills and knowledge to:

  • Develop and implement a Diversity and Inclusion Hiring Strategy
  • Be seen as D&I advisor and subject matter expert
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure cross functional alignment with your colleagues and stakeholders
  • Represent PwC’s brand and its people and culture practices in the marketplace
  • Present insightful data to enable us to attract, source and hire talent
  • Be a PwC change agent, who can influence the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace

About you

You have a strong background in Talent Acquisition and a track record of developing strategies for the recruitment and retention of diverse peoples, including building and case managing the pipeline of talent. Your understanding of the issues and barriers that affect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people with a disability will be a distinct advantage, including how to communicate sensitively and effectively within these communities.

You have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results in a fast paced and dynamic environment and are passionate about hiring talent from diverse backgrounds.
