Finance and Operations bring this to life by providing meaningful information and data that enables the business to create value for clients and achieve their goals. The work undertaken here covers a range of areas from managing important client and supplier relationships, to educating all staff on effective use of internal financial systems, and advising across a range of financial areas.

As a Senior Commercial Pricing Manager in our Clients & Markets team your impact will be seen by:

  • Developing and executing key parts of the firm’s pricing strategy by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Enabling the business to make profitable pricing decisions by supporting bid and proposal teams with accurate and robust costing, including appropriate negotiation support through the entire lifecycle from pursuit
  • Helping with key pricing negotiations, including developing and running pricing capability training to improve discipline across the firm
  • Analysing portfolio performance and developing strategies and programs to improve underlying profitability working with leaders across the firm

About you

You have a background in commercial management impacting P&L, specifically pricing and are skilled in pricing and deal structuring within B2B environment, have advanced excel skills (critical) & ability to build customised pricing tools and hold an understanding of influencing senior stakeholders by applying robust commercial lens, have eye for detail and good presentation skills and works well under pressure. Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Business Support & Firm Operations team support and enable all areas of our firm to deliver meaningful value to clients. You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
