About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join us on a major rail project based in Melbourne CBD.
You will be responsible and required to provide administration support to the project team with any administration requirements which will also consist of duties such as but not limited to:
- Coordination of meetings and taking minutes;
- Manage, record and communicate staff movements;
- Maintain site contact lists;
- Maintaining and updating project registers
- Manage employee expense claims and obtain sign off (where required);
- Coordinate catering and events (where required);
- Coordinating new starter IT requests and incoming items (where required);
- Whilst at all times adhering to Laing O'Rourke's safety policies & procedures.
You will have 5 years+ experience in administration, with intermediate or higher skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word. You will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage your own time, a team-centred attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Aconex would be beneficial but not essential.
