About the role
The role of Banking Adviser is a mortgage specialist role within our branches. These bankers have meaningful, quality conversations to help educate and engage with customers on finding the right home loan solutions that will help them into their home or investment property.
These specialists create a signature customer experience by undertaking quality conversations to discover goals and aspirations and uncover appropriate financial solutions for our customers, at every interaction. Our successful specialists deliver a consistent and exceptional level of customer service which deepens the relationship between NAB and our customers. Ultimately, by providing great service you will turn your customers into advocates for you. This will help you build a local network of trusted referral relationships.
When considering the requirements of this specialist role, existing exposure to mortgage products or credit experience is essential to help ensure NAB can continue to deliver the best customer experience.
All new Bankers will receive a tailored onboarding and training program to cater for their level of expertise. Further development goals will be linked to your career objectives and form part of your individual development plan.
