HR Consultant - Process Improvement/Transformation

Working closely with our Head of People and Chief People Officer you will be working on the following projects:

  • Full review of Process Flow – review HR policies and procedures, review current HR forms, and make recommendations for modifications
  • HR policy review and harmonisation
  • Review and finalise business induction program
  • Develop and embed compliance training framework
  • EVP development and Leadership frameworks
  • Rem Strategy & variable pay frameworks
  • Dashboard reporting and people metrics

Key skills:

  • Previous experience working through transformation, integration or consolidation
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with different stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of end user for policy and process
  • Experience in strategic planning, and implementation
  • Exceptional People skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong communications skills both written and orally
  • Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving skills
