A bit about your role
An exciting opportunity has presented itself to manage the copper rehabilitation briefing tasks within the nbn copper access network. This position will require a high degree of facilitation and coordination of multiple works packages at various stages of the briefing life cycle ensuring that clear and concise work instruction is provided along supporting documents. As the Works Briefing Manager, you will lead a team and be responsible for the extraction of network plans, detailing required materials and association to the schedule of rate items. Other accountabilities include:
- Leading, motivating and managing your team and the day to day operations
- Work daily with Designers, Managers, Field Supervisors, Industry Management, HSE, our Delivery Partners and all other project stakeholders to ensure Network Assurance objectives are met
- Utilise highly effective self-management skills in relation to prioritising task / activity / time management and customer business outcomes-focused decision making
- Work with partners in the automation of operational processes to ensure the success of Copper Rehabilitation Groups growth
A bit about you
We are looking for a highly self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative, able to exercise effective independent judgement and can perform under pressure. The successful candidate will have previous Team lead/Manager and have experience in workforce management/high volume ticket system. Your strong background in networks specifically in the assurance of a telecommunications network where access mediums consist of fibre, copper, coaxial, radio and satellite will be valuable to your success.
