Due to growth we need a Project Administrator to support our Transformation Program in day-to-day operations to ensure successful delivery of the projects. This is done through oversight of the integrated schedule, driving centralized portfolio reporting and providing oversight on program performance against budget, scope and schedule. The Project Administrator will provide support to identify, assess, document and monitor program risks and issues.

In your role you will be responsible for supporting the definition, refining and driving of the project assurance framework across all projects within the portfolio. You will assist and direct the project/program managers in administering and tracking project financial performance, reporting, schedule and risks and issues and collaborating with the EPMO team and broader Cbus teams to enable the successful delivery of projects/programs.

You will help establish and run portfolio dashboard reporting for the program and as directed by the Head of EPMO.

To be successful in this role you will have experience as a Project Administrator on large programs with a strong understanding of the end-to-end project delivery life cycle and how project governance/methodology adds value. You will have excellent knowledge of excel and other MS products and a working knowledge of JIRA would be advantageous.

Experience in project financial/budget analysis and reporting is also key.
