Account Manager – Northern Adelaide

**About the position:**This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and plays a significant role in deepening relationships, driving revenue and delivering value to new and existing customers through consultative selling and customer service.

  • Manage and grow new and existing client within a strategic portfolio and in a geographical area.
  • Drive customer engagement and service.
  • Develop and implement initiatives and strategies to support sales growth.
  • Promote Coates Hire’s Safety First - Zero Harm safety culture.

To be successful **in this role,**you will be someone who is passionate about driving Account Management and Sales performance with proven experience gained in a similar position, ideally selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries. Also:

  • Have a strong work ethic and a desire to perform at your peak.
  • Can demonstrate your ability to work with teams to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Are ideally experienced with CRM systems.
  • Can demonstrate a safety first attitude.
