Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of the Fund we are seeking a Facilities Coordinator.

Reporting to the Property & Facilities Manager, this role will help coordinate facilities and office administration duties, ensuring the Fund’s properties are safe, well presented, functional and conducive to a modern and positive work place.

In this role, you will schedule maintenance works, ensuring all inspections and scope of works (SOWs) are carried out, communicating any changes or delays. You will act as a contact point to internal and external stakeholders regarding any facilities matters, assisting with incidents, and reporting accordingly.

You will work cooperatively and flexibly with the existing team, providing further assistance in the form of general office management and business services duties.

You’ll need…

You have experience as a Facilities Officer or Coordinator, working in a professional or financial services organisation with modern corporate office facilities. You thrive when working to tight deadlines, you are resilient and adaptable, and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

A natural problem-solver, you work cooperatively in a team setting and remain outcome-focused when managing multiple priorities.
