Are you looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Branch Manager for our Brookvale Branch.

As Branch Manager you will be involved in the management of the daily branch operations including:

  • Managing a productive team
  • Ensuring budgets and KPI’s are met
  • Ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health Safety and Environmental regulations, and
  • Sales and management of assets.

We are looking for a strong communicator who can develop long-term relationships with customers and co-ordinate the activities of a busy branch team. You will also ensure outstanding customer service because to us ‘Every Customer Matters’. Our next team member must be able to demonstrate a successful track record that includes:

  • Customer service that involves high volume transactions
  • Managing budgets and KPI’s
  • Management skills - managing people and planning process,
  • Strong commercial acumen - understanding of sales budgets and KPI’s,
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • IT literate with strong computer skills
