About the role

We are recruiting a Planning Manager to work on an exciting new project located in the Pilbara region on a FIFO basis from Perth.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for preparing and assess detailed project plans for all stages and facets of the project, to help deliver project outcomes on time. You will maintain the contract programs through Primavera P6, interpret and communicate essential sequence of activities, implement robust project controls, and accurate reporting and forecasts, identify key milestones, prepare daily reports and dashboards, and maintain the project controls database.

You will have

You will have extensive experience in project planning roles on large construction projects with top-tier contractors, backed by a relevant engineering degree. You will bring a high attention to detail, computer literacy, and drive/motivation to support the project in meeting a tight schedule. You will have experience with P6 Primavera, overseeing project controls/costs, and rail infrastructure experience. Good communication skills are essential with the ability to drive a faced-paced program, and assist the team in achieving the project goals.
