About the Role
Laing O’Rourke has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Systems or Business Analyst to join our national Human Capital team.
This position can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.
This role requires an experienced system analyst with a strong customer focus, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and experience to support, grow and manage our people systems, including SuccessFactors.
Working closely with stakeholders in Human Capital and IT, you will manage the configuration, implementation, data integrity and maintenance of our people systems to support business needs.
You will have a practical understanding of organisational structures and processes and be able to advise how these are best supported by our systems. The ability to build collaborative working relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation will be key to your success, and you will enjoy combining your technical systems understanding with delivering operational outcomes.
You will have experience providing system administration and technical support to users, HR systems management, understand business processes and practical applications in relation to system and data integration. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
The role can be based in either our Brisbane or Sydney offices, and opportunities for flexible working arrangements will be considered.
