About the opportunity:
In this role you be the key liaison between the business and master data management teams to ensure integrity of data is maintained. You will maintain optimum data processes, champion continuous improvement and provide coaching and training.
Key responsibilities of this role:
•Develop and monitor control reporting across customer and site master data activity
•Provide support to the Global SAP template owners in performing user acceptance testing for changes, regression testing, managing change requests, attending design forums and supporting system rollouts.
•Provide support and coaching to BPO partners in day-to-day data maintenance processes
•Represent the centre of expertise for GBS ANZ in our ERP systems (SAP, ISP, GenPlus, Siebel) and components of various satellite systems through the process of analysis, investigation and coaching
•Identify areas for improvement and analyse the root cause of errors in pursuit of CI and driving best practice process and to reduce the number of errors occurring and minimise rework
Essential experience and job requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have experience managing and maintaining data integrity in corporate systems in a large corporate environment or customer service environment.
Other essential attributes include:
•Highly developed understanding of the large corporate systems such as SAP, ISP, GenPlus, Siebel
•Understanding of continuous improvement tools and techniques
•Experience of working in fast-paced delivery oriented environments
•Collaborative and results focused approach
•Proven experience in problem solving, analytical skills and continuous improvement
•Degree level qualification in a related discipline preferred
Most importantly, you will be passionate about continuous improvement and driving an innovation culture within the business through communication and delivery.
