About the opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day HR operational tasks. You will manage activities related to customer support and system management for our customers and the execution of HR lifecycle activities from commencement to completion.
This is a contract role until the end of May 2019.
Process end to end employee movements (on boarding, secondments, promotions, change of hours, terminations, etc.) to ensure master data is accurate and maintained in order to feed in to global people reporting
Execute processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and learning data
Ensure system data changes are completed in a timely and accurate manner aligned to delivery timeframes
Complete quality assurance activities
Generate reports and provide initial analysis and insights as required
Manage national relocations and international assignees/repatriations, interacting effectively with external vendors for HR related services and the International Mobility advisor
Maintain process documentation
Develop and support the team with system expertise or as a systems super-user.
Essential experience and job requirements
Experience working in an HR support, resourcing support or reward support role ideally within a Shared Service or Operational environment
An understanding of operational process activity and an aptitude for continuous improvement activity
Experience with service provision and managing client or stakeholder groups expectations
Experience using SAP, Kenexa Brassing, Pageup or Workday
Experience resolving customer inquiries and dispute resolution
Self-motivated, with a desire to continually improve and learn
A certificate, degree or experience in HR
