The Retail Banking Services Talent Acquisition team provide recruitment support to the following business unit support functions: Direct Channel’s, Branch Network, Lending, Small Business Banking, Group Sales and Service, Group Customer Relations.

This exciting and ever-evolving 12 month contract role will role will give you an opportunity to work with a range of senior executives across one of our largest and most visible client groups.

With so many stakeholders some tough conversations are inevitable, so you’ll need to be confident in defining and clarifying business requirements.

But you’ll be prepared as you identify and implement a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipe-lining talent to meet the businesses' current and future workforce needs, with a focus on social media.
