About the Team
The Capability Team is comprised of Learning Capability Managers, Organisational Development Managers, Facilitators and Learning Co-ordination and support. Facilitators cover both technical (primarily for 0-6 months) and behavioural uplift for the Business and Private Banking business unit (including CommSec). The team represents IB&M & BPB across a number of Group Capability projects (Sales, Product, Analytics, Digital) to support design and implementation including at learning reporting functions.
Blended learning solutions are delivered to IB&M and primarily to BPB via face to face training, virtual classroom and 1:1 coaching activities, covering product, process, systems, sales, credit, regulatory and compliance subjects as well as leadership, sales and personal effectiveness learning.
The team collaborates with other internal and external learning providers and designers, business stakeholders, change managers and internal customers.
