We are seeking a Graduate transport planner / transport modeller to join our Rail Strategy and Operations team in our Infrastructure Advisory group based in Melbourne or Brisbane. This is a specialist technical role in the field of rail transport planning and operational modelling advisory services, In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high profile rail transport infrastructure projects and strategic network development for a broad range of government, rail operator and private sector clients. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist skills in rail operational modelling / simulation under the tutelage of an extensively experienced team.

Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop good relations with your team and other teams across multiple business areas and locations
  • Assist team and project managers by developing good working relationships with clients during the delivery of projects
  • Undertake internal training and work towards accreditation relevant to your profession

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a Transport Planning, Engineering or Mathematics related discipline
  • Must have a strong interest in Traffic / Transport planning and modelling / simulation
  • Ability to work independently
