We are currently recruiting Application Developer – Process Workflow for application development (Financial Services – Banking) for 12 months fixed term contract, based in Sydney.

The Application Development team is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of enhancements. As an Application Developer your responsibilities include –

  • Managing distributed teams across geographies.
  • Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
  • Preparing and presenting weekly status reports and present to clients.
  • Assist in creating solutions for client and/or for internal review
  • Having experience and knowledge of Agile and Scrum Process and coordinate with distributed teams
  • Participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos
  • Be keenly aware of timelines and budgeting to deliver projects in a timely manner

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

  • Work experience of 5+ years in Design, development and support application solutions with focus on IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).
  • 2 Years experience in Java API development and Microservices based on Westpac Digital Platform using Springboot. Candidate should have hands on experience on BEPL and ESB
  • Good knowledge and experience in Cards Domain (in Banking) and Vision Plus product.
  • Should have at least one year work experience in Unix Shell Scripting
  • Good understanding and 2+ years hands on experience in DevOps and Agile – CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bitbucket
  • SAFe Agile certified
  • Strong written and verbal communications

Compensation package from $74 970 (full-time equivalent inclusive of superannuation) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
