  • Integral to the success of the Kalgoorlie Smelter management team
  • A residential role based in Kalgoorlie working on a 5 days on 2 days off roster Monday to Friday

The primary focus of the role is to provide high level administrative assistance to the General Manager, Production Manager and Maintenance Manager, consisting largely of diary management, assistance at meetings, management of travel requirements, preparing reports/presentations and maintaining information registers, all within a fast paced, dynamic business environment. Ensuring that every day issues are dealt with professionally and efficiently is the key to the success of this role.

You will be joining one of the biggest companies in the business and will make key contributions to the smooth workings and success of the site management team. The role will offer you many challenges and opportunities at the BHP Nickel Smelter.

  • Experience in managing volumes of administration work with the ability to prioritise;
  • Exceptional computer literacy

skills within MS Office;

  • A professional demeanour with the ability and confidence to build rapport with people at all levels of the organization;
