Come and be a part of this success.We are seeking a seasoned Manager HR seeking their next career opportunity in BMA. This role will lead a dynamic team supporting 4 mine sites with complex operations and a large diverse workforce.
In this role you will:
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners responsible for coaching and supporting line managers in leading and managing their people through cultural advancement, capability uplift (including talent) and leadership development;
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives that contribute to the culture and productivity imperative; and
- Play a key role in strategically business partnering senior leaders in our complex organization.
To be successful you will have demonstrated extensive HR Leadership experience in complex operations with a large diverse workforce. You will have strong operational exposure. You will be innovative in your thinking and seek to enable the future direction of our organization and the future work of our employees.
It is important that you are down to earth, resilient, agile to change, have an eye for detail and are results driven. Naturally your communication and interpersonal skills will be a strength as you interact with a variety of stakeholders.
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have a formal qualification in a Business/HR/Psychology related discipline with experience from a diverse range of industries.
