About the role:

As Digital Marketing Manager you will play an integral role of supporting business strategy and the delivery of business-critical digital marketing programs to achieve key commercial targets.

Reporting to our BOQB Head of Marketing, we’re seeking a smart, energetic digital marketing guru, to join our expanding marketing team. This role focuses on using digital channels to acquire new sales leads for the business and requires strong attention to detail to play an integral part in developing, driving and implementing our digital marketing strategy.

As part of the role, you will:

-Collaborate with product team members on campaign development

-Manage digital campaign elements including: website and digital media requirements, lead capture forms, tracking, optimisation and reporting

-Identify the best digital channels to drive customer acquisition for our niche target market.

-Management of SEO activities including: website, keyword integration, link generation and media outreach opportunities and reporting

-Corporate website maintenance and updates, including building promotional landing pages, enquiry forms, uploading press releases, videos, editorials, testimonials and maintaining consultant profile pages

-Industry/legislative updates as required by Legal/Compliance

-Monitoring enquiry levels, reviewing page statistics and tracking goals set up in Google Analytics

-Building custom URLs using Cloud Server Support

-Working with digital agency to address technical issues

-Assist with social media ad hoc duties such as monitoring channels and reporting on findings, and posting updates regularly on relevant channels

About you:

To be considered for this role you will be collaborative, goal driven and have the ability to roll up your sleeves and work across different disciplines. You will be a team player, with proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with a Financial Services background.

Experience in the Adobe stack suite is required, as is your previous social media experience across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

Working with a number of different stakeholders across the business, your ability to communicate effectively across all levels is essential, as is your ability to manage multiple projects and time frames.
