Colonial First State Custom Solutions is a part of our Wealth Management division and brings together the Group’s funds management and distribution capability as well as domestic insurance and financial advice business support divisions.
Based in Hawthorn East, our Customer Services Team (Back Office Services) is responsible for the provision of administration services to Financial Advisers, their support teams, and their investors/members, whilst ensuring that service and quality standards are achieved.
As a Senior Fund Administrator you’ll form an integral part of the Operations division that ensures service standards are achieved through effective management of workflow systems, coaching and training, quality checking, Team Manager support and SME requirements and as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Your can do nature and the ability to Speak up and Step up will be highly valued. This is to be led through the highest degree of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the customer is at the centre of everything we do.
