Your Challenge

You will be part of the Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) Clinical Applications Team, focused on the delivery of training and support of the Cardiology Informatics solutions to our customer base, whilst driving customer satisfaction through on-going workflow assessment and product consultation.

You are responsible for

  • Ensuring successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips Cardiology Informatics solutions, with a focus on Echocardiography (highly desirable);

  • Managing the configuration of Philips Cardiology solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment;

  • Demonstrating and training the functionality of Philips solutions;

  • Conducting workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions;

  • Providing training for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions;

  • Identifying application issues, investigating and resolving issues;

  • Consulting with the customer throughout implementation to provide smooth, effective and successful delivery;

  • Analysing the customer workflows and facilitating change management in the clinical setting;

  • Identifying upsell opportunities based on knowledge of customer implementation and workflow analysis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Relevant BA/BS degree or higher in a related field

  • Qualifications as a Cardiac Sonographer, Cardiac Technologist or Registered Nurse (with Cardiac & IT Experience)

  • Good execution capability and strong desire for success

  • Extensive knowledge of clinical workflow, specific to Echocardiography and/or Cardiac Cath labs

  • Outstanding customer service skills, able to identify customer needs quickly, accommodate the customers’ social style and meet the customers’ practical and emotional needs

  • Strong consultative and facilitation skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill with outgoing character.

  • Professional presentation skills
