Your new role

You will be responsible for organising meetings, management of meetings agendas and minutes, travel arrangements, management of email and other communication, and managing of correspondence to key stakeholders including CXO-level Executives and Board Directors. You will provide confidential administrative and executive support services including the preparation, monitoring and adjustments to daily schedule. You will screen/monitor telephone/e-mail enquiries and action/triage where necessary and assist/coordinate projects and activities to ensure effective running of the team, which may include direct or indirect reports.

What you'll need

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in providing professional administrative support at a Group Executive or CXO level with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders:

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines
  • High level of resilience, flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including working across confidential issues
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to be proactive and manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Worked in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • To be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills along with a creative and growth mindset
  • Supported senior-level leaders (Board or Executive) in a regulated industry or similar
