Client Account Services Middle Office Onboarding The Client Account Services Team supports account set up and maintenance for internal and external Clients of the CIB. Core activities include direct Client engagement to deliver an excellent Client experience, facilitating complex account set up processes across multiple LOBs, managing large new business initiatives and partnering with the Business to ensure seamless delivery. The function manages BAU activities and also drives technology and industry solutions to be responsive to a changing regulatory and Business landscape.

The role and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Pro-active role partnering with key stakeholders to develop a Client facing strategic operating model to deliver a scalable Industry leading solution
  • Lead components of the program to deliver the future state Operating Model
  • Manage financial planning & efficiency initiatives, recruitment and training strategy
  • Oversee governance of large scale onboarding initiatives in close partnership with key stakeholders
  • Partner with Clients and the Business to drive continuous improvement
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the account opening and maintenance work flow and end-to-end ownership of all related requirements including SLAs & KPIs
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and a positive attitude coupled with an aggressive but professional approach to escalation, prioritization and problem solving.

Business Experience:

  • Experience or knowledge in the following areas; Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Agency Collateral, Derivatives, FX, Securities Lending
  • Financial planning and strategy demonstrable experience
  • Governance and oversight demonstrable experience
  • Previous experience of a Client facing relationships
  • Project/Program management skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills

  • Ability to effectively interface with Clients and partners including; facilitation, presentation and production of documentation appropriate to an audience
