About the role
This role is all about assisting our new and existing 3rd party developers to leverage the Xero developer ecosystem so they can create best-of-breed business apps in the cloud. As part of the Ecosystem Developer Experience team you will be assisting developers around the world across a wide range of topics.

As a part of our team, you’ll be doing things like:

- Respond to support tickets in a timely fashion
- Diagnose the nature of the tickets to determine whether it is a technical issue or a product limitation.
- Apply technical knowledge and experience to support and assist with ticket resolution
- Contribute to developer support materials such as documents, videos and tools
