The Opportunity
As one of Afterpay’s Customer Service Team Members, you will be responsible for delivering great service to all of our customers. You will be part of a growing team who work on outcomes of customer account queries. We are looking for someone with great communication and written skills that is looking to join a dynamic team!

- Develop strong and courteous relationships with our customers
- Handle high volume of inbound phone and digital queries
- Help customers manage their Afterpay accounts
- Update account information with accuracy and speed
- Meet regulatory requirements
- Ensure consistency and superior levels of customer service by following standard operating procedures
