A career that makes a real difference
Would you like to join a company that’s currently redefining the future of Australia? We have an amazing opportunity on a part time (2-3 days per week) basis as a People and Culture Partner, to join nbn on our mission of lifting Australia’s digital capability.
A bit about your role
This is a senior P&C role that is crucial to the success of the new People and Culture Operating Model recently rolled out at nbn. As People and Culture Partner you will be responsible for providing targeted coaching on specific people initiatives, supporting Leaders to deliver the BU people plan and enterprise-wide people objectives.
Some of the initiatives will include leadership capability & effectiveness, team effectiveness & performance, talent, critical roles and people, diversity and inclusion and organisation design and change.
Partnering with the People Solutions & Change team, you will co-design impactful, evidence-based solutions to meet Business needs. You will also work with the EM P&C and Leader Support Services to provide insights, analyse data and trends at a BU level as contribution to the development of people plans to support BU objectives.
In addition, the People & Culture Partner will champion agile ways of working, role modelling collaboration and human centred design methods to support the success and adoption of the P&C Operating Model.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will likely be an experienced commercially focused Human Resources professional who has a proven record of effective business partnering, leadership coaching and ideally Organisational Development experience; coupled with working in a matrixed and complex environment. We are seeking candidates that can demonstrate a strategic rather than a purely operational HR Partnering background.
You’ll have the proven ability to partner with and influence leaders at all levels, using your natural gravitas and strong communications skills including senior executives and demonstrated experience delivering business improvements through effective people strategies.
Furthermore, you will have a solid understanding of contemporary organisational development/talent practices, learning and development, reward and recognition concepts, employee relations frameworks and HR operation.
This is a full time permanent position.
