Reporting to the Superintendent Technical Services the purpose of this roles is to provide support for the Mt Keith Operation. As part of the Technical Services department, you will demonstrate effective work planning, as built QA/QC data management and compliance to business processes/systems. We work in a safe and timely manner to facilitate production activities.

As part of the recruitment process for this position you may be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and participate in a background screen including a criminal history check, identity check and qualifications check.
This role would be well-suited if you have a 10 years of surveying experience with exposure to leadership role, and consider yourself to be a stickler for detail. You should enjoy working with others, be able to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with key stakeholders. This role will also present opportunities to use your initiative when problem solving, planning and working independently.
You’ll also bring an in depth working knowledge of surveying software and equipment (laser scanners & GPS).
Kindly note, you will need to hold a current C Class drivers licence.
The following attributes will greatly assist your success in role,
- Tertiary level qualifications in Surveying or Spatial / Geomatics Science.
- A current Authorised Mine Surveyors Grade 2 Certificate.
- A Remote Pilots licence (RePL).
- Exposure to RPAS technology.
