Provide assistance to the Workplace Experience Manager - Auckland in delivering high quality accommodation, services and a workplace experience that is world class. Liaise with Landlords, building management and their contractors to ensure that appropriate and effective building services are in place and contribute to the provision of a quality work environment in a cost effective manner. Liaising with internal staff and external contractors, to ensure that all user needs will be met and that maintenance projects are undertaken in line with business strategy and in a cost effective manner. Implement and maintain processes, as appropriate for the site(s), that ensures that the workplace (including all meeting rooms, kitchen facilities and reception areas) are well presented, stocked and maintained. Work with the Workplace Experience Manager - Auckland to operate in accordance with established processes and management systems to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and security legislation and company requirements. Ensure that the Auckland Workplace Experience team provides onsite support and assistance for staff. This would include, but would not be limited to, assisting with on site events, booking travel, carrying out workstation assessments, carrying out ad hoc requests and project work. Provide management support to ensure high levels of customer service and accommodation standards are being maintained and continually improved upon, leading by example.
Experience in facilities/workplace management including contract management to ensure service level agreements are maintained and managing building maintenance works. Experience in people management is beneficial including front of house/reception functions. Experienced in the use of facilities management software and security access control systems. Exceptional customer services skills with confidence in dealing with difficult customers in an effective, friendly and professional manner. Experience in working and managing behaviours within an Activity Based Working Environment. Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload to ensure that multiple activities are completed in an efficient manner to a high standard.

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to cover a six month parental leave contract in our Auckland office. Your mission will be to “provide exceptional support services within beautiful work environments that inspire and enable staff to create beautiful outcomes.”
