We are seeking a National Growth and Accounts Manager to commence with Zinfra on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role of the National Account & Growth Manager is to establish, develop and maintain relationships with strategic key client accounts and then identify and secure strategic profitable opportunities with the same client base or where deemed relevant, expansion to other clientele.
About the role;
The National Account & Growth Manager will manage a defined portfolio of clients and opportunities in collaboration with key internal stakeholders i.e. Operation Managers or the Executive Leadership Team as required. Additionally to provide oversight and direction of new market development activities.. This growth element of the role is to provide critical input into the strategic direction of the business, conduct relevant market analysis and develop future growth strategies that may be outside existing, established clients.
The National Account & Growth Manager will develop close relationships with the Operational / Account Managers across the business, who have the accountability for retention and growth, to ensure they are informed of key opportunities and market trends which may also inform operational delivery function. The National Account & Growth Manager will also form close relationships with other key Operational personnel that are embedded within the Operational Business Units (where applicable), whose primary responsibility is to optimise revenue from existing, established clients.
- Extensive Trade / Industry experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business and/or Marketing and/or Sales
- Experience in building & maintaining key client/partner relationships
- Experience in evaluating potential business opportunities
- Commercial Experience
- Experience with Projects Development / Planning
- Strong facilitation, consultation and convening skills and experience
- Experience in business planning
- Sales Process Experience
