About the job
Reporting to the Head of People Centre and based out of either our Brisbane Support Centre or Melbourne Support Centre, the successful candidate will need to excel in a matrix structure engaging with operational leaders, HR Business Partners, employees, subject matter experts in a variety of fields and HR Advisory peers across Australia.
You will provide expert advice, guidance and pragmatic support to internal stakeholders on a broad range of people-related matters including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary processes, long term injury management and capacity cases, internal investigations, grievance management, mobilization and demobilization support, and structural reviews.
You will have a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent, proven experience - ideally from within a similar background. The successful applicant will be resilient and be able to pragmatically work through challenges.
In addition to excellent time management and teamwork skills, you can communicate with stakeholders at all levels (sometimes difficult) and work independently to a high standard. If you’re a details person then we want to hear from you.
