A menu of perfected classics such as oysters on ice and club sandwiches taste even finer amongst the harmonious sounds of our elegantly poised pianist.
As Sydney’s most anticipated opening, we are looking for a talented Sous Chef that is ready to take that next step in their career to join TWR
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Chef de Cuisine in the day to day operation of the kitchen as well as providing leadership and coaching to your team. You must be highly motivated and focused with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
What we look for in our Sous Chef:
Upmarket dining, high volume restaurants or International buffet experience is highly desirable
Display creativity and passion for flavours, textures and colours in a contemporary style
Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
Effective leadership skills including the ability to train and mentor your team
Capability to manage & monitor financial budgets and food & labour costs
Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
