Job Description

We’re looking for Security Operations Engineers to join our high performing team.

  • The Security Operations engineering professional will have a comprehensive understanding of the design, development and operation of IT security tools and processes with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • On a day to day basis you will:

    • Design and develop processes and tools to assist project and support teams to maintain compliance with relevant security controls
    • Guide and advise clients and Accenture teams in understanding, evaluating and exploiting new and emerging technologies and strategies to build cyber resilience into their projects and operations
    • Prepare security risk assessments for system enhancements based on established security protocols and controls
    • Identify, triage and resolve security incidents detected by support teams, client representatives and end users.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the usage of security tools and processes.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement in service delivery to the client.
  • Basic qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
    • Network and/or system administration skills
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Strong analytical skills
  • Essential requirement:

    • Due to client requirements candidates must hold Australian Citizenship and have the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance.
