Successful design, build, delivery and embedding of long term, best practise, learning and development programs, programs and material to enable the Sales team to successfully grow skills. Contribute significantly to Global sales enablement long term strategy Represent to team on project working groups, working with key Global stakeholders including sales, marketing, product, sales enablement, product marketing communications. Project lead (that requires ‘doing’ and ‘leading’- the design, build and embed Global Sales Enablement learning programs to ensure the Global Sales team are efficiently and effectively grow capability. Develop and strategic learning blue prints, learner journeys, including - learning assets, decks and scripts for all partner tools presentations, to aid embedding of key strategic programs and projects. Work with external partners and vendors to drive best in class outcomes of learning and training needs. Be part of the ‘internal user groups’ to establish requirements for new product features – assessing new features from a channel perspective.

The primary function of this role is to lead projects and campaigns that will arm the Global Sales team with training, information, content, and programs, to best enable their mastery of sales and sales management tools.
We are in the midst of business transformation, requiring change management, strong internal-personal relationships, experience with the delivery of technology and business transformation programs.
You will work within the local and global Xeros, to drive key ‘pillar’ (high performance sales and sales management, learner journeys, and coaching) programs and campaigns.
You’ll deliver strong and consistent thinking and programs of work that drive Global sales capability, efficiency and effectiveness.
