As part of a global organization, You will lead a team in APJC of virtual sellers Virtual Sales Specialists passionate about the Cisco Security suite-inbound and outbound demand response. You will be responsible for achieving an annual goal, building strong internal and customer focused relationships and working seamlessly within a matrix environment. Additionally, you will drive business planning, forecast accuracy, and work optimally with cross-functional teams, while aligning to the leadership team’s Initiatives.

Your team will work with Cisco resellers, distributors and our customers to drive business’ outcomes for our mid-market customers.

Who You Are

You have a success-driven work ethic, ability to develop talent and history of strong performance in leading diverse teams in a dynamic, challenging and changing environment. You are at ease in driving your teams for their successful account planning and bookings forecasts-response to customers and setting and achieving their goals..

We look for strong sales mentor skills, flexibility and a real passion for developing others, together with excellent communication skills and a dynamic work style.

Our Minimum requirements for this role:

  • You have 4+ years sales experience, with 2-3 years leadership experience within the IT Industry
  • You demonstrate a proven record of sales success
  • You have effective business planning skills, pipeline review, resource & Partner management skills
  • You are a strong mentor with a passion for empowering Early in Career talent
  • You possess positive relationship building skills
  • You hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent
