Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. Here at Atlassian we're growing our Australian footprint. We are looking for a Principal Recruiter to join our Sydney Talent Acquisition (TA) team and be part of the journey!
In this role, you'll use your detective skills to find the best and brightest technical and non-technical talent in the world. You'll match future Atlassian's to their dream job and provide a legendary candidate experience that people share.
You'll have responsibility for all parts of the recruitment lifecycle, including driving candidate pipelines, branding the company as an employer of choice and guiding hiring manager relationships. You thrive in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and enjoy sourcing, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market. You are someone who isn't happy doing things the way they've always been done, but instead promotes innovation, and uses experience to produce results.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- In-house or agency recruiting experience within the technology sector.
- The ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through complex sourcing and hiring processes.
- Experience using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems - we use Lever, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards).

- Comfort acting as the face of Atlassian, showcasing our values and opportunities to internal and external candidates.
