Job Description

We’re looking for an Assistant Village Manager to join our Integrated Facilities Management Services (IFMS) team to oversee and manage village operations. We want you to bring your passion for safety and your flair for hospitality to our team!

This is a FIFO position on a 2:1 roster, departing from Perth.

About the Job
You will play a critical role in the successful running of village operations. You will assist the Village Manager overseeing multiple departments including housekeeping, catering, building & maintenance and administration.

Although this role will have set deadlines and administrative functions our Assistant and Village Managers are hands on roles supporting our teams so no 2 days are the same. You will act as the point of contact for our clients and our staff therefore you must be able to effectively problem solve, use your initiative and be driven to deal with any adhoc circumstances.

About You
It is ideal for this role we require the expertise of someone who has FIFO village management experience and has exposure to strong safety processes and systems.

You are a food safety champion and will be familiar with HACCP compliance and remote site HSE requirements. Your strongest management skills will be related to people, teams and culture. You will have the ability to build and support team cohesion and will be a safety leader for all employees on site.

In this role you will interact with many different programs and apps therefore you must be computer savvy.
